There is seems to be no sitemap generated by default for Google and Bing.
A sitemap is now generated for all public (non unlisted) spaces, for example: https://docs.gitbook.com/sitemap.xml

It'd be great if you could add sitemap support to GitBook spaces. This would be incredibly useful for getting all of a space's pages indexed with Google in one shot. More info here:

There should be an option to enable the automatic generation of a sitemap (sitemap.xml) to optimize SEO and indexing on Google Search, Bing and other search engines.
This is very important feature for marketing team. This allows to hide some pages from search machines, change priority of different pages. Most sites use that:
This can be worksaround for redierects and meta NoIndex.
Please consider implementing this in simple way.
Just put two files using github and return them on request.
At least our marketing team will be satisfied :-)
In future you automatically generate it, add page SEO settings like put page in sitemap, etc.
